Rockwell Park is eight buildings around one campus in North Point Breeze. Since 1914, this ground built the lamps that lit the mines, the elements that wired the modern kitchen, and hardware that flew to the moon. Today it houses the next century of makers.

The world's richest square mile

Historians have called the Pittsburgh East End of a century ago the richest neighborhood in the world. George Westinghouse ran an empire from his estate one mile from this campus. Nikola Tesla stayed as his guest. Heinz and Frick were neighbors.

In the factories along Thomas Boulevard, that genius was put to work: safety lamps built with Thomas Edison that saved ten thousand miners, heating elements that wired the modern kitchen, heating elements that flew on the Apollo lunar module.

This is not a business park with a history. It is history, still open for business.
